Bhaat寺由Adiguu Shaka Chya建于公元12世纪左右，位于恒河岸边一个古镇的中心。关于Rishikesh这座最古老的寺庙的详尽描述最早出现在对Keakhad的记载中。寺庙内部的圣厅内供奉着Lod Vishu神的神像，刻着一个''''Saligam''''。神像上方的蓬上是Adi Shakaya Chaya 安装的Shee Yata。早期的寺庙曾在公元1398年被Tamu lae毁坏过。最近在寺庙的旧址处发现了很多古代雕塑、钱币、容器，还有一些其他具有历史意义的文物。
